  1. Help Us Spread the Word – Community Champions Event July 19

    The Lewisville Office of Emergency Management is excited to invite your residents to an upcoming Community Champions seminar on Saturday, July 19 at 10 a.m. at the Tittle McFadden Public Safety Center (Training Room 1071).

    This free session is part of a new initiative to help individuals and neighborhoods become more resilient in the face of disasters. Attendees will learn how to prepare for emergencies, build a household plan, and connect with resources that help keep our community safe and informed.

  • Where Does my $350 Annual Assessment Go

    The annual assessment is the primary source of revenue for the Association. At the rate of $350 per owner and 62 owners in the Association, that is an operating revenue of $21700 per year.
