In accordance with Article 4, Section 4.03 of the Bylaws for Wentworth Villas Homeowners Association you are hereby given notice that an Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for March 30, 2023 at 7:00 PM via Go To Meeting.

The Association is a non-profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas.

The homeowners will elect two (2) homeowners to the Board of Directors as in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Dallas County.
