Thank you for electing John, Michael, and Scott to the Board. We are excited to get to work to address the issues discussed during the annual meeting. Our main goal is to get our common areas and neighborhood looking presentable again. Many areas have not been maintained correctly causing increased damage and expenses. Our goal will be to get the neighborhood in shape. This may take a bit of time to accomplish due to budget constraints. There are many things that have been completely disregarded. We are currently forced to repair neglected areas and have general maintenance done to prevent increased repair costs in the future. Click Full story for more information.
